GHSC was the façade consultant for this 40 story office tower in Miami Florida. Gordon H. Smith Corp. provided consulting services for development of construction documentation and procurement for the aluminum and glass curtain wall.
As part of the consulting services for the exterior wall construction administration phase, GHSC reviewed shop drawings, observed mock-up construction and testing and performed quality assurance inspection during erection as well as observation of field water testing of the completed installation.
