Our services included input to the construction documents, plans and specifications. Construction administration phase services included shop drawing review, observation of mock-up construction and testing, on-site inspection and observation of field water testing.

The building features visually stimulating limestone clad precast concrete panels with punched window openings. It also has a unique glass enclosed cable-stayed bridge with a translucent floor. The bridge’s floor and enclosure are constructed of point supported glass.
